Steps to Delete Your Account

If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data from our system, please follow the steps below:

• Open the Settings page inside the app.
• Select Delete Account from the menu.
• Confirm your identity by entering your account password (or confirmation prompt).
• The app will send a secure request to our backend system.
• Our system will permanently delete your account and all related data.
• You will see a confirmation message once deletion is complete.

Important Notes

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
• All data including tracking history, device records, and user profile will be erased.
• If you wish to use O2-Lite Pro again, you will need to create a new account.
