Go to the Geofences section, click "Create Geofence", and draw or define the area on the map. You can set alerts to notify you when devices enter or exit these zones.

Why isn't my device showing location updates?

Check that your device has a clear view of the sky for GPS signal, ensure the device is powered on, and verify that it has an active SIM card with data connectivity. Also check your device settings in the dashboard.

How do I reset my password?
